CEC Oncology provides the healthcare team with cutting-edge hematology/oncology education, fosters and ensures timely learning, and advocates for the importance of clinical cancer research and improved patient care through the use of various platforms, formats, and communication channels. We incorporate case-based learning and audience engagement techniques to reinforce application of knowledge gained into practice. Ultimately, our goal is to help prolong and improve the lives of patients with cancer. Since 2008, CEC has delivered CE/CME offerings centered on oncology education for clinicians in various practice settings. Examples include satellite symposia held in conjunction with the American Society of Clinical Oncology (ASCO), American Society of Hematology (ASH), American Association for Cancer Research (AACR), Oncology Nursing Society (ONS), Hematology/Oncology Pharmacy Association (HOPA), and many Grand Rounds series chapter/regional meetings, and web-based enduring activities.
